Great value. Excellent staff and upkeep. Rooms and property were clean and well maintained. You can tell the staff care and are good at their jobs. Harder to stay at if no car due to location. Hotel-airport shuttle isn’t 24/7 but runs from around 5am into the night. Not many/any food options nearby.

Bed bugs. Bed bugs. Used to love this place. Nice value for the money, thought it was clean and close to Houston. Last trip, we found found a bed bug in the couch and reported it - we even left the bed bug in a sealed cup for them to find. We moved hotels and I asked for a refund for the last night of our stay. Filed a complaint with the corporate offices and this local management continues to do nothing and say there's nothing. If you're willing to risk getting bed bugs and bringing home bed bugs, stay here

Great experience at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton Pasadena. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very clean, well kept and included all the features we needed for our stay (refrigerator/freezer, full kitchenette, plenty of storage, etc.). Both queen beds were clean and comfortable and the free continental breakfast was very decent. Overall a great value stay and great experience. Would certainly recommend and return.

I've stayed here a few times and have never had a complaint at anytime. Staff has always been friendly and very engaging. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. Breakfast has always been stocked with a great variety. When I am in the area, this is the first choice for an overnight stay. Even though it is by the beltway, our rooms have always been super quiet.

The location is convenient, it’s an easy on and off of the freeway. There are nearby grocery stores and restaurants not too far down the road. The building was in good shape. The lobby was nice. I was greeted by the front desk every single time I walked in. My room was as I expected, which looked identical to the website when booking. The bathroom was a little small but not terrible. The breakfast was ok but crowded.

This was my second time staying here. I LOVE this hotel. The staff is lovely. Rooms are clean. Fridge, microwave, and even dishes! Their Breakfast is nice, too. The amenities and lobby are chic and fantastic. They even have a security guard patrolling at night. I've yet to feel unsafe here and it's my new go-to in Houston.
